Spill response kit service calls

Is environmental compliance just one more thing to worry about?

To ensure that your environmental duty of care is met, Enguard Environmental has a monthly or quarterly service call schedule for all your Emergency Spill Kits. This allows your company to worry less about re-stocking of those kits and keeping everything up to date as per your Company’s requirements.

To assist us to keep your spill kits full, please let us know if stock levels become depleted to an unreasonable level between service calls

What does the service call include?

For a competitive negotiated fee, we will perform monthly or quarterly inspections.
Spill kits are re-stocked on the spot if product is required. You receive a copy of our Customer Audit Sheet (specifying quantity of product supplied to each kit) faxed to our designated contact on your site, upon completion of your audit. In the event of a spill and your kits become depleted to an unreasonable level between service calls, we will replenish your kits as a matter of priority within 24 Hours. All you pay for is stock replenished.

Service call operating hours are 8.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

What are the benefits to your business?

  • You are fulfilling your environmental duty of care without wasting your valuable time.
  • Kits are re-stocked without delay, ensuring full protection for your business.
  • You pay no freight on the re-stock items reducing your compliance costs.
  • Full assistance is available from our professionally trained staff during a spill cleanup.
  • Complete records of spill kit usage are provided to you and a copy kept in our files.
  • This is a very useful compliance and auditing tool for your business.

What does all of this cost you?

The competitive monthly or quarterly service call costs are negotiated beforehand and are available to
Brisbane Metro customers. An additional cost applies to restocked items. Please contact us for pricing and availability of service calls outside the Brisbane Metro area.

What if i require a weekly or fortnightly service call?
